No problem, our Team is on hand to give you advice before you hire any equipment. They can discuss your exact requirements, help you select the right equipment and clearly explain what will be delivered and its use.
Yes of course, we will call you prior to delivery and collection so you know when to expect us, and can schedule your day accordingly.
We offer insurance against accidental damage of the equipment – this is 5% of the rental rate and is offered at the time of you placing the order. We do not offer theft insurance cover and you should check your home insurance contents policy to ensure you are covered in case the equipment is stolen as you will be liable for the replacement of the item.
Depending on when you order we can sometimes deliver it the same day. Failing that its usually the next day. When you order your equipment please be sure to specify on what date you want it and for how long.
Unfortunately, we don’t offer a collection service, we are only able to deliver and collect the equipment by our people in our vans.
Yes of course, you will need to contact us using help@edgehire4homes.co.uk and we can arrange that for you. You will of course have to pay for the extra hire.
