Refunds and Returns Policy

At Edge Equipment Hire Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality service and equipment to support your emergency flood, incident, and disaster management needs. Please review our refunds and returns policy below:

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled free of charge if notice is provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery or collection date.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery or collection may incur a fee, as preparation and transport arrangements will have been made.

Returns

  • Collected by the Customer: If the equipment is faulty or not fit for purpose, it can be returned within 24 hours for a full refund or exchange.
  • Delivered by Edge: Equipment delivered by us must be inspected upon arrival. If any equipment is faulty or incorrect, notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or a return.
  • Returns due to customer error or change of need must be requested within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Such returns are subject to approval and may incur a restocking fee.

Refunds

  • Full refunds are offered for equipment that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery or collection.
  • Refunds will not be issued for equipment that has been used improperly, damaged by the customer, or returned after the agreed hire period.
  • Refunds for cancellations, when applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Late Returns

  • Equipment must be returned on or before the agreed date. Late returns will incur additional charges based on the daily hire rate.
